I have
spoken to hundreds of people and have worked with many clients,
all of whom were experiencing the exact same thing. Like Philip,
Susan and George - perhaps you can relate to what was occurring

Philip's repetitive cycle of
boredom and disconnection...
Philip
had made several changes throughout his relatively short
career, but after working in each role for around 6 months
or so, he began to experience that similar feeling of
boredom and disconnection with his role.
In this repetitive cycle, (which was becoming quite costly -
in terms of money he was investing in all of the courses he
was doing, and more importantly, the cost to his self
esteem, confidence and overall outlook to his life) he was
becoming more and more frustrated, confused and despondent.
In one desperate last effort he completed the Career

George's situation of being in a successful role, he was
beginning to despise...
George was a ‘people person’ and a top sales executive
within the manufacturing industry. Although he had been
