In this session we discuss your short-term goals and the progress you have made towards achieving them. There is also a strong emphasis on your longer-term goals and it is a great time to discuss strategies to set your plans in motion.

Session Three

Session three is an opportunity to distil the essence of your longer-term aspirations and consolidate the work that has been done so far. By this stage you will be well on your way to discovering a meaningful career that resonates with you and will have achieved some of your short-term goals.

This group of sessions helps you to focus on ways to turn your dream of a balanced lifestyle into a reality. We will explore your motivations for change and develop strategies to achieve your goals. This is also a chance to research Job Share opportunities as well as Part Time positions and Working from Home options.

If you wanting to return to the workforce after caring for children we will explore the various funding available that may allow you to update your skills in a vary cost effective way.
