:: Client Success Stories

Having been to so many agencies and answered so many ads (since Nov 06), I was beginning to think that a permanent role in my locality was a pipe dream for someone who is over 45 years old.

The best thing I did is discover Annemarie's website and I had bought the book "10 key steps to Ace the Interview", then had various email communications as well as a one hour phone tutorial.

Her advice was invaluable.  I learnt what to say and what not to say and how to answer the proverbial "what salary are you after ?" question.  As well as other questions that can make it or break it if not answered in the right way.  Don't get me wrong, I did work in a temporary capacity for one year, but that was just a fill in - what I was after was a permanent role.  Thank you very much Annemarie.  I am a fan !!! :: Libby Lonigro

"The Career Directions Program really helped me view my career from a boarder perspective. The exercises that I was asked to complete, helped build my confidence and made me more aware of my potential. Annemarie’s insight into the career industry certainly opened my eyes to new possibilities.

I highly recommend this program to anyone who is interested in reviewing their career path." :: Mario D’souza

"The Purposeful Careers program was just what I needed to help me determine my future career ambitions.

Before I began this course, I knew I wanted a career change but I felt trapped because I didn't have any idea of what new career I wanted to follow.  Having completed the course, I now know exactly the type of career I want to move into and the path to get there.  Equally important, I also realise there are opportunities to learn and develop my skills at my current job as the first steps along the path to my desired career.  I now feel empowered to follow this path.

In the Purposeful Careers program, Annemarie provided a well-structured approach to help me understand my natural career preferences, clarify my desired future career, and devise an action plan to follow the path towards my desired career.  She also helped me to think positively about my future career, and this was important in opening my mind to the opportunities available to me to realise my desired career.  I now look forward to the journey towards making it happen." :: Rasik Rama

Since we last spoke, I’ve had a total of 3 interviews after submitting to four different job positions in the ACT. Of the 3 interviews one is now in the advanced stages (Solutions Architect with [name omitted for privacy]), I have the third and final interview tomorrow.

The resume looks absolutely fantastic - it exceeds my expectations.

However what I found of significant value was the interview coaching and your book '10 key Steps to Ace that Interview!.' I have read this carefully and used various of you questions at the appropriate points including the do’s and don’ts. I have learned a lot from this in a very short period. Again, I personally found this of great value! :: Brett Flohr, Network Solutions Architect

I recently sat an interview for a Government position and the expert help and guidance I received from "10 key steps to Ace that Interview!", combined with a telephone consultation with Annemarie Cross assisted me greatly in a successful interview process. Thanks Annemarie for your professionalism and knowledge.
